The important part: we are a referral service, not a contractor. We do not perform work, supervise work, or guarantee the work of any contractor we refer you to. You contract directly with the contractor and pay them directly. Verify insurance and references before authorizing anything.
What this service is
Wilco Roofing Quotes collects information about your project and passes it to independent roofing contractors serving your area. We are compensated by those contractors for referrals. You are never charged for using this site.
What this service is not
We are not a contractor, builder, plumber, or electrician. We do not perform, subcontract, supervise, inspect, or manage any work, and we do not employ or control the contractors we refer you to.
The contractors are independent
Contractors who receive your information are independent businesses. We do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse any contractor or their work. Verify insurance, ask about licensed subcontractors for any electrical or plumbing work, check references, and get a written scope before paying anything. Texas does not license general contractors, so those steps are your practical protection.
Contracting and payment
Any agreement for work is directly between you and the contractor. You pay the contractor directly. We are not a party to that agreement and have no role in disputes.
